Children look at life from a different perspective than we are used to as adults. We will tiptoe into their everyday life, with simple cameras, to see the world from childnre’s point of view. We adults are accustomed to labeling everything we see, making it difficult to look at someone or something without giving a judgment, attaching a label, without having decided for others what is right to do and what is not, what makes them happy or unhappy. Children, on the other hand, do not yet have all these preconceptions and look at the world with transparency and simplicity, things that often make them richer and freer than we adults, who are no longer able to get out of these mental schemes.

The cameras will travel around the world and be their eyes, pointing our eyes toward new horizons. We will teach children, whom we will meet in various organizations or in everyday life, to use this simple but powerful tool to tell stories, but above all to transmit emotions and lives. The photos will be used for exhibitions and other initiatives that, and the proceeds will finance the needs of their communities, allowing them to see the impact of their own contribution.

I spent almost a month with them, before I started traveling again, but they will stay for a long time in this fairy-tale world (the Youth Center in Auroville). I will never cease to thank them for the unconditional love they gave me. Marie (the mother), Julien (the father) and three very sweet little children: Lulù, Fefè and Celestiane. Here are some shots of the little ones that will make you want to be immersed in their daily life full of discoveries and pure joy.
